The Funtime Frankies have a firm reputation as one of the best party bands in the UK since they began performing together  in May 2005.

Consistently packing dance floors at every event they play, this live 4-piece will provide an unforgettable show for your guests.  There are no gimmicks, no backing tracks, just pure live energy from four suited and booted guys who are all highly talented musicians and experienced performers. 

They perform chart music from the 60's to the present that you can dance to - please see the  songs  page for examples.

They have a full size pro sound system, full lighting rig with motorised units and effects, meaning that they can cater for most functions and venues.  However if extra equipment is needed this can be organised.

JON  (Guitars & Lead Vocals)
Jon studied Music Performance at The London College of Music, and was involved in many musical projects such as bands, choirs and orchestras.  In his early professional career, along with his brother, he performed as a cabaret duo for 5 years in pubs and clubs, at weddings and parties, holiday parks, Butlins, radio roadshows, and at many other venues and events.  In 2005 he started The Funtime Frankies who have gone on to establish an enviable reputation in the industry.  Jon has also been professionally involved in studio, songwriting, recording and production work.

EWAN  (Keyboards & Vocals)
Ewan is a classically trained pianist who graduated with a BA (Hons) in Music Studies from Leeds College of Music.  He has experience in many different genres of music and has played in many successful function bands as well as originals projects before joining The Funtime Frankies.  He recently started a Masters degree in Piano Accompaniment at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. 

ALAN  (Bass Guitar & Vocals)
Alan has been classically trained and is a qualified teacher for the violin. He has been performing from the age of 7, being born into a musical family. His father is a professional guitarist, who plays for well known artistes, and is a well respected music producer in Ireland and the UK.
During his formative years, Alan received many music awards and medals for performance and commitment. He has played professionally in a variety of different music ensembles including orchestras, swing jazz bands, rock and pop groups before joining The Funtime Frankies and is currently studying for an honours degree in music and performance.

ADY  (Drums & Vocals)
Ady has played drums for most of his life and has been involved in many music projects, such as running a recording studio and being involved in various bands before joining The Funtime Frankies.  He has also been involved in theatre and acting projects.
